You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or input into Cortex9 ("Your Content"), including documents, spreadsheets, business data, and marketing materials.
By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Platform's services. This includes sending data to third-party AI providers for analysis and recommendation generation.
Content generated by Cortex9's AI agents (strategies, recommendations, drafts, analysis) is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or acting on it. AI outputs are recommendations, not guarantees of results.
Cortex9 integrates with third-party services including Google (Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile, Gmail, YouTube), WordPress, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), DataForSEO, Resend, and others. When you connect these services:
Cortex9's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full per-scope disclosures.
When you connect Gmail via Cortex9, we use the gmail.send scope solely to send emails that a person on your team wrote or approved in the app, as described in section 3.1 of our Privacy Policy. We do not read, list, label, modify, or delete messages in your mailbox. You can revoke Cortex9's Gmail access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You are solely responsible for the content you approve and send, and must comply with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
Cortex9 uses AI services from Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and xAI (Grok) to generate insights and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
Certain features of Cortex9 may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
The Platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by Cortex9 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without our written consent.
Your use of Cortex9 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cortex9 and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
